2. Installation Policy
Installation will be provided as per package or agreement.
Free installation (if applicable) is limited to standard conditions.
Additional plumbing, electrical work, or special fittings will be charged separately.
3. Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage varies by product and component.
Electrical parts (such as PCB, pump, SMPS) usually carry limited warranty.
Filters, membranes, candles, and cartridges are consumable items and are not covered under warranty unless stated otherwise.
Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card).
4. Service & Maintenance
Regular servicing and filter replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to replace filters on time may affect water quality and product performance.
Service charges may apply after the free service period.
5. Water Quality Disclaimer
Product performance depends on input water quality, pressure, and usage.
Cohesive Water Purifier is not responsible for issues arising from extremely poor water quality, high TDS beyond recommended limits, or chemical contamination.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advance payment may be required for customized or bulk orders.
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT and taxes as mentioned on the invoice.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Products once sold are generally non-returnable.
Returns or replacements are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within the specified period.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
8. Delivery Policy
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cohesive Water Purifier is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
9. Misuse & Unauthorized Modification
Warranty becomes void if the product is misused, mishandled, or modified.
Use of non-genuine spare parts or service by unauthorized technicians will void warranty and service support.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cohesive Water Purifier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as per warranty terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, designs, and materials belong to Cohesive Water Purifier.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
